Get the Claude Desktop client for your OS from the Claude website.

Configure a custom endpoint

1. Open Claude Desktop and go to Settings → Developer (or the API-related section).
2. Find the custom API endpoint field and enter https://api.routemarket.ai.
3. Enter your API token as the API key.
4. Save.

Network and proxy notes

If your network requires a proxy to reach external services, make sure Claude Desktop's proxy configuration (usually the system proxy) can reach api.routemarket.ai.

Test

After saving, start a new conversation and send a simple message to confirm you get a response.

If the client doesn't support a custom endpoint, use the command-line Claude Code instead, or call the API directly.
